How are the bodies of these dolls made?
Is there a wire that runs through them? How do they pose and move?
Can someone describe their construction a bit, please?
Thanks.
Princess.

They are all plastic & vinyl. The body is hard plastic and the head, arms & legs are vinyl. The legs are hinged but the arms feel like they may be strung. Not really sure, but they have a wider range of movement than the legs. The heads are floppy & heavy, and really the whole doll is floppy to mimic a rag doll. They can't stand like other dolls, unless you use a doll stand. They are very unusual and not anything like other dolls I have collected, but I love them!

I opened Crumbs this morning so granddaughter can easily take her out of the box. So I undressed her and took pics for you. The only differences are that some of them have colored legs to look like colorful tights, like Bea Spells-a-Lot, Peanut Big Top and I think Mittens Fluff'n'Stuff's legs are pink under her bodysuit. I don't have her to check, but I remember seeing pics posted on a doll site. Front Back showing little heart with birthday. Showing cute belly button and hinged leg joints. Showing how legs move. Close-up of arms and hand. Notice there are no fingers except for the thumb. Close-up of legs and feet. No toes! LOL! I hope this was helpful.

Thank you, Bama, that is very useful. They aren't how I imagined them to be.
I like that they are constructed to hang like rag dolls. That's kind of unique and interesting.
