Here is a step by step project of how to make this really cute Ballerina doll dress for your La La can wear! This dress is from doll making .com by Priscilla Hewitt

Materials: One ball of LusterSheen, crochet hook size C (2.75 mm), two 1" diameter claspless ponytail elastics in a color to match the yarn
Leotard
Round 1: Work 30 sc around one of the ponytail elastics; join with a sl st in the first sc. (30 sc)
Round 2: Ch 1, sc in the same st as joining, sc in each of the next 4 sc, hdc in each of the next 45 sc, dc in each of the next 10 sc, hdc in each of the next 5 sc, sc in each of the last 5 sc; join with a sl st in the first sc. (30 sts)
Rounds 3-5: Ch 1, sc in the same st as joining, sc in each of the next 4 sc, hdc in each of the next 5 hdc, dc in each of the next 10 dc, hdc in each of the next 5 hdc, sc in each of the next 5 sc; join with a sl st in the first sc. (30 sts)
Rounds 6-9: Ch 3 to count as the first dc, dc in each of the remaining 29 sts around; join with a sl st in the top of the beginning ch 3.
Skip 14 dc, sl st in the next dc to close the crotch. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
Tutu
Round 1: Work 36 sc around the other ponytail elastic; join with a sl st in the back loop only of the first sc.
Round 2: Ch 7 to count as the first trtr and the first ch-1, (trtr, ch 1) 2 times in the same st, (trtr, ch 1) 3 times in the back loop only of each remaining sc around; join with a sl st in the 6th ch of the beginning ch 7.
Round 3: Sl st in the first ch-1 sp, ch 1, sc in the same sp, ch 2, (sc in the next ch-1 sp, ch 2) around; join with a sl st in the first sc. Fasten off.
Round 4: Attach yarn with a sl st in any unworked front loop on round 1 then work as round 2.
Round 5: Work as round 3. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
