Ok, this is a thread that will be made sticky. Please post pictures you have of poor quality control for the Lalaloopsy line. Large dolls, small, playsets......I'd like to keep the focus on the dolls and playsets. Hopes are that the MGA member here will see it and maybe up the standards. Here are my 2 most recent finds Cloud with two different colored eyes. The black one is messy also. New release of Cake. Her right leg is shorter than her left. It's not kicking forward in the package or being deformed by plastic pushing on it or anything. It's just shorter. And I saw more than one like this.

The only thing I worry is if upping the standards will make them more expensive. Or make them produce them in smaller batches.

I know what you mean but these are really bad. I don't want them to get psycho about every little thing but two of the same arm or two different colored eyes?

Lol, I guess they forgot to paint her bows. You have to really look closely when picking these dolls out. I probably would have just bought Lady if I needed her and not even noticed her bows until AFTER I got her home.

That's exactly what I did! I didn't even notice! I found her, needed her and when I brought her home I noticed it. Last night I found another so it's ok. I guess I'll do a repaint

Oh my, lol! I kept looking at the photo trying to figure it out! It was not until I read it was the bows that I noticed. Hmmm, maybe I should go check all mine now, wonder what I`ve missed. Anybody got a check list?

Anyone else finding QC issue with big Scoops Waffle Cone? I've yet to find one without major flaws with her hair/face paint, even with multiples available on the shelf.

This isn't really a quality control issue, but doesn't it bug you when dolls are misnamed on websites? I've been looking into finding a Dyna lately, and I almost missed her online at TRU. A name search revealed nothing, but she just happened to pop up under "Lalaloopsy Doll - Superhero" as I was looking at another doll. Are we really supposed to sift through 19 pages to find what we're looking for?

At Target during Christmas Ivory was named "Christmas Doll." No Lala anything. She didn't even come up in the Lala search. My husband just happened to think "Christmas" Lala and there she was.
By the way, I'm still trying to find a mini Cake that does NOT have hair cap/leg/paint issues.

Wow! I've never seen any that bad before! I personally think some of the newer dolls could have been made better, though. Wish Teddy Honeypots hat wasn't plastic and stuck to her head should of been soft, fluffy, & remove able. Same with Winter. I loved her prototype

Banana was kinda shocked that everything with Winter is stuck to the headmold (snowballs, earmuffs and hat) ... she was hoping at least some parts might be removable.
