Lalaloopsy: Band Together Airing September 18 on Nick Jr!

Hey Everybody!

According to my subscription email from the Lalaloopsy MGA mailing list, the NEW Lalaloopsy Band Together movie will be premiering on Nick Jr September 18 (or September 16 for some people) so tune in then!

It's also available on Amazon - I just got my copy of the DVD today in the mail! I'll be watching it tonight on the DVD - but I'll wait to post my reflections until the 18th so as to not spoil anything.

Remember, the movie premieres September 18 (for most people)- Are you excited?!

Also, Amazon has some new episodes out that aired a little while ago, namely Two Pirates are Better Than One and No Laughing Matter. I didn't see discussions on these yet, so I thought I might try to generate some discussion - feel free to do so!

Actually, according to my TV Guide, the movie is premiering tomorrow on September 16.  So you can watch it on that day.  And then there will be a repeat airing on September 18th.

I'm showing it's airing at 6:00pm ET on Friday, September 18 for my local listings. No showing of it tomorrow for me. Excited to watch it the to celebrate the end of the week!

As much as I wish I could have watched it at the cable TV showing, what can you do...Suddenlink took away the Viacom channels quite some time ago, so I had to either buy the DVD on pre-order or never get to see it.

Of course, no way am I going to miss a new movie just for a silly reason like that. I got the DVD from Amazon (sorry!) and the movie was AMAZING - it was so well done! I still won't spoil anything...

Just wait, bananasmom, I think you're really going to like this movie a lot.
I actually like it more than the previous Lalaloopsy movie.

EDIT: Of course, it's been quite some time since the movie and I thought I'd offer the reflections here in this edit to this message. I didn't want to cause new posts on an old topic since it had already ended with the release of the movie.

So, the movie was awesome as I previously stated. Totally worth buying the DVD from Amazon (along with most of the Canadian DVDs I mentioned later in a different topic).

I thought the premise was great, and was pleasantly entertained when I saw they didn't try to force the whole script to be a musical.

I was definitely surprised they did not bring back Harmony B. Sharp for this movie from the little-known Lalaloopsy: Carnival of Friends 2012 Nintendo DS game (wherein Harmony B. Sharp was the hidden character ), and that instead they created a second singer Lalaloopsy to fill that role (Keys Sharps 'n' Flats).

Ohhh, looked at the Guide again this morning and it's now showing that Band Together IS playing tonight at 6pm ET in addition to Friday's showing. Super exciting!! Thanks sew much for posting!! Spread the word, everyone!! hehe
