So, who else has started streaming the new We're Lalaloopsy episodes on Netflix? We've just managed to get through all of the first season in two days! We're interested to hear what everyone thinks of it...

I haven't seen it all yet, I'm trying to make it last, so I just watch one or two daily. By the time I write this, I have seen up to episode 4, but I've watched them multiple times, or rather listen to them multiple times. When I have to go somewhere or do something around the house, I just play an episode I already watched on my cellphone with earphones. So far I really like this new series, although I'm a little disappointed about the small cast, but I understand they wanted to make it more story-driven and they need a small cast of protagonist to make that, otherwise they would just have a bunch of one-time characters like the previous series had. Not that I'm complaining, I like both styles and both series, but hopefully they will include more characters in the next season, if there's a next season.

We agree with you... we both said that if there was one thing we could change about it, we would have hoped to see more of the other residents of Lalaloopsy Land. Even if it was just in background/crowd scenes! However, we do enjoy the "continuing saga" of these episodes and the way this story is told, and it does work with focusing on just this small cast of characters and making sure they are well-developed. They could always bring in more characters in the next season, as you said. Questions for you and others to jump in as well -- who is your favorite character at this point? Are there any characters that you are less-than-thrilled with the way they've been portrayed in this series? Or flip that - you really like changes made to them in this series?

I finally got a chance to actually watch the new show like two days ago and I found myself really liking it a lot! The first episode felt like it was hard to follow because the pacing felt quick to me, but the second episode sucked me in.
My favorite character of the new series is Jewel Sparkles. The new look for a lot of the characters is really interesting, especially Spots', but it grew on me by the second episode.
They brought back Storm E. back, so I hope Cloudy comes eventually! I really like the musician angle this time around. I surely hope we can see the Little Sisters come back, like how they did so for the original series about a season inwards.
Dot and Ace are significantly different than their previous selves... Crumbs makes sense with her cafe, which I like a lot, and the others shown don't appear too different personality-wise (appearance-wise, they look more awesome than before).
I especially enjoy Ace, with his new nick-naming shtick and his new voice - he's hilarious! Dot's technological quirks are cool, but I hope we get to see more of her late-night self and star-based interests return.
I've only been able to get halfway through the second episode thus far, but this weekend I'll be able to watch more of it and I'm really looking forward to that!

Ah! Not yet! I am too busy watching shows by Andy Yeatman on Netflix. I will still add this to my watch list so that I remember to watch it after these shows are over. I am glad Netflix has such an amazing content. It teaches good morals and is very entertaining.
