Future Of Lalas

I have sad news for lala lovers. I contacted MGA about the future of Lalaloopsy and then they said that there are no plans to continue the brand. I loved lalaloopsies ever since 2013 and they were a huge part of my life. Although I still resent Nick Jr. For cancelling the original series, the Netflix series makes up for it. BTW, there is a show on Nick Jr. That has a main character who shares her name with Jewel's sister and another show whose protagonist shares her name with Berry's sister. I don't know anything else since I only watch Nick Jr. Sporadically (ever since Lalaloopsy went off the air, I've moved on to Disney Junior, which is relatively commercial free, unlike Nick Jr. Which has commercial breaks during programs). Anyways let me know your thoughts.

This is bad news. I'm guessing MGA owns the rights to Lalaloopsy, so unless someone else buys the rights, there will never been any new releases ever againn. Please keep us updated if you hear anything. Thanks

Since I read this I went on a Mini Lala hunt! I used to get only my very favorite (since they haven't been sold here for a while and I could only buy them abroad the shipping cost would add up and they turned out quite expensive!).
BUT now, knowing this I had my daughter get me a used Tree house set in perfect condition (+ a handful of Lalas I didn't have) in UK! I hope it fits in her suitcase!
I have no idea of where I'll be able to put it given the size, but I'm really happy!

This was an older post from 2019... we have now seen the website and the announcement of new dolls in August of this year!
