Such beautiful work, especially the painted minis! They really translate into adorable Strawberry Shortcake characters so well. I also love that you did a white haired Patch, I've been considering that as a solution to my Suzette's lack of suitable male companionship. (A mechanic and a really young pirate don't exactly suit a Duchess. XD)

LOL, You are right about the duchess, but maybe she falls for her chauffeur/mechanic. It's been known to happen. LOL Thanks for the compliments.

You know I just realized they only have 2 different hairstyles for the boys. They need to come up with a new one. BTW I don't think Duchess is supposed to be actually white haired. Back in the time of Marie Antoinette, powdered wigs were all the rage. However I think a mechanic or a lumberjack would be too modern for her and I fear a pirate would be too rowdy for someone like her. They should make a boy composer doll with Mozart hair.

Well, a nurse wouldn't usually be blue-haired either. You're right about the wigs, but I believe it was also an option to powder your own hair pale. (White is my favorite hair color, so it could be completely inaccurate and I would still want my Rococo princess to have it!) But I completely agree about the boys! None of them suit her at all. And their two hair choices are both pretty boring. Even with paint and outfit customization they really wouldn't be ideal. Your Mozart boy idea (he needs white hair too!) would be perfect!
