I like the girls better than the tots. I'll have to see if DD likes them and we may get one.

Awe, they are cute! I'd probably buy one for each girl (I know, I know.... Yeah right!), but don't want to get into anymore collecting while we are doing lala's

MGA Entertainment launches Mooshka by Gary Rusak L.A.-based MGA Entertainment is set to launch its latest entertainment and toy brand Mooshka at major retailers across North America in August. The soft fabric figures have a paper-doll matryoshka-like aesthetic and come with their own uniquely designed shoebox home. The IP mines the themes of friendship and togetherness. The line includes the flagship Mooshka Girls line, featuring six characters that each come with a string of paper dolls and finger-puppet dolly. The Mooshka Tots extension features four smaller characters and the Mooshka: Sing Around the Rosie dolls, sing the iconic song when their hands are held. An ebook to introduce the characters will be available free from the iTunes app store later this summer. MGA has already secured a number of licensees for the preschool girls brand, including Franco Manufacturing for bedding and accessories and Thermos for lunch kits and food jars. MGA will be looking to bolster this list at next week’s Licensing Expo in LasVegas. Read more: kidscreen.com/2013/06/10/mga-entertainment-launches-mooshka/#ixzz2Vpo403AH

MGA Entertainment To Launch All-New MOOSHKA Brand of Soft Dolls Sweet and Huggable, Oh So Lovable: MOOSHKA GIRLS, MOOSHKA TOTS, MOOSHKA: SING AROUND THE ROSIE DOLLS Make Their Retail Debut In August 2013LOS ANGELES, June 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Friendship and fun take center stage as MGA Entertainment sets August 2013 for the retail launch of Mooshka, the company's newest entertainment and toy brand. Combining colorful soft dolls with an array of high-quality animated e-books, Mooshka unites the joy of play with the importance of reading for growing girls everywhere. The Mooshka dolls were once individual paper dolls, but one day, through the power of friendship, they joined hands and sprang into sweet, huggable girls who discover that all kinds of special and wonderful things happen once you connect with your friends! Now, the Mooshka dolls hold hands with each other to show how friendship connects us all. Included in the fun-filled family of Mooshka dolls are the Mooshka Girls, Mooshka Tots and Mooshka: Sing Around the Rosie collections; each doll has her own precious personality, birthday, and colorful fashions that complement her unique character. Crafted with a special machine-washable fabric that makes them completely soft, the Mooshka dolls come home to children in uniquely designed shoe-box-style gift packaging. The Mooshka doll lines include: •The flagship Mooshka Girls, featuring six characters that each come with a string of paper dolls and a finger-puppet dolly. All Mooshka characters join hands to express their friendship for one another. •The Mooshka Tots— the Mooshka Girls' hand-holding little sisters, who are four fun-loving, captivating smaller characters that love to emulate their older siblings love of friendship and joy. •The Mooshka: Sing Around the Rosie dolls, who magically sing "Ring-Around-the-Rosie" when their hands are held – so be sure not to let go! MGA Entertainment introduces the Mooshka dolls with a fall television campaign, a dedicated brand website, a multi-category licensing program and a national public-relations campaign. The companion Mooshka e-book apps, featuring a wide array of original Mooshka stories, will be available for free on the App Store℠. Banana was oh so excited last week when she received one of MGA’s newest dolls, a Mooshka girl, to welcome into her dolly family! Since MGA officially introduced the girl we have, Ina, on the Mooshka facebook page yesterday, we figured this might be a good time to share with you guys some pics of Banana’s own special Ina, and tell you about the fun they’ve been having together this past week … Ina came to us in this really cute shoebox style packaging, which is great for storage of the doll and her “stuff” once she’s unboxed. I also thought some girls might really enjoy making these boxes into beds for their Mooshkas (but Banana is sleeping with her Ina, so she didn’t end up doing that!). The back panel which shows the close up drawing of Ina’s face, comes off after unboxing to become the lid of your shoebox! The first thing we noticed was that Ina is made of this really cool fabric that feels super soft to touch! Makes her very huggable! It’s also apparently completely machine washable, which is awesome – no worries about Ina getting messy during art projects! Banana was pleased that her dress does come off, so Mooshka girls can share clothes with each other. She comes with a cute little finger puppet dolly made of the same soft fabric, and a chain of paper dolls showing all the Mooshka characters. On the backs of each paper doll, the Mooshka girl’s name and bio information are shown. As you can see, Banana adores the paper dolls! She plans to put them up in her room, near the Lala posters! Ina is the artsy, creative one of the Mooshka girls – a trait she shares with Banana – so Banana’s had lots of fun including Ina in her projects and adventures. She’s brought her along with us on our shopping trips, a visit to the nail salon, and even a really FUN day at the Crayola Experience in Easton, PA! They’ve definitely “bonded” and Ina definitely fits in quite well with Banana’s Lala family – lately she’s taken to bringing Spot Splatter Splash and Ina BOTH with us when we go somewhere. She says they’re great friends! One thing Banana loves about her Mooshka is the Velcro on her hands. We know MGA gave these dolls Velcro hands so that they can hold hands with each other, but Banana also really loves just getting Ina to hold random “stuff” like the treat you see she picked out at Target in the photo below, or her own lump of Model Magic clay when we were working with it at Crayola. Ina also comes with a little purple bag slung over her shoulder that’s the perfect size to carry a few small “treasures” for the doll, such as crayons, coins ... maybe even a mini Lalaloopsy? We need to try that! For those of you who have iPads, there is also a fun interactive Mooshka ebook available now on the App Store totally free! Check it out here: itunes.apple.com/us/app/mooshka-myras-birthday-surprise/id660891041?mt=8If you guys have any questions about Mooshka dolls or want to see any specific pictures of anything, just let us know and we'll try to tell and/or show you.

Wow, that is really cool! Those dolls look like they will be a lot of fun for girls especially since they can redress them.
