On another doll forum, I heard about this Moxie doll having a little "darling ragdoll" that looked just like the LaLaLoopsy dolls. I went on a search and finally found one. (I forgot to take a photo before I had already removed the little doll!) I don't collect fashion dolls, but had to have the little LaLa doll! ;D I believe this is the FIRST Lalaloopsy or Bitty Buttons doll to be produced. Moxie Girlz dolls were first released August 4, 2009 and Bitty Buttons, who are now called LaLaLoopsy dolls were released July 19, 2010 (according to the press release). Little "Crumbs Sugar Cookie" is about 3 inches tall and made of a rubbery vinyl or plastic. She is made in one piece and cannot stand or sit. She is not posable at all, but I'm still glad that I finally have one. Here she is! It was hard to get a good photo because of the flash. And here she is with her larger look-a-like. (Big Crumbs Sugar Cookie is not wearing her original outfit at the moment). I hope one day we will learn the complete history of the LaLa dolls. I'm so glad that MGA Entertainment could see the potential in making this tiny doll into big dolls.

Oh, we had to have this, too! Currently, my daughter has given this little dolly to Dot Starlight to be her own dolly. She tucks her into bed at night right under Dot's arm. Here they are together: www.flickr.com/photos/bananasmom35/5198246481/If anyone is on the hunt for one of these right now and you have a Big Lots store near you, be sure to check there. Our Big Lots had a ton of them!

Nice brand crossover, what great marketing! If you do a search for "Moxie Girlz Doll - Sophina with Darling Rag Doll" a lot of shopping options come up

My daughter is so perceptive sometimes ... she's not really into Moxie Girlz, but she says to me the other day, "Mommy, I should be grateful for Moxie Girlz." And of course, this came out of the clear blue. So when I asked her why she said, "Because if Moxie Girlz had never been created, no one would have ever had to create this little rag doll for one of them. And whoever created this little rag doll actually ended up creating Lalaloopsy, right?" I was like ... "Yeah, I guess you're right." LOL She's 6. It's so cool the way their little minds work.

She is so cute I bought the doll just to get the mini Lalaloopsy dolly, there was also a bear and sock monkey figure too, could not resist to buy them too.
