I gave Pocky her first plushie friend the other day, a pink teddy bear named Yan Yan. Like Pocky, Yan Yan is a Japanese cookie candy made of a biscuit and yummy icing. I liked how the two desserts are so similar-- I felt similarity was suitable for Pocky and Yan Yan since they look like they were made for each other! ^__^ Pocky & Yan Yan by Happily Candied, on Flickr

I was so happy to discover that my Toys 'R' Us finally had the two new Button Tails in stock. I picked up them both and I plan to keep the mouse for sure. Her sweet cookie ears match Pocky so well. Her name is Shortbread. Pocky & Shortbread by Happily Candied, on Flickr I may end up offering the brand new kitty Button Tails in a giveaway soon. More details later! ^__^

Sweet! They look nicer in your photos than the others I've seen. I didn't realize they were big either. Thanks for posting. I think Shortbread is adorable.

Bama - I didn't expect the Button Tails to be that cute either. When I saw them in person, I knew they were worth buying! I like their bigger size and they're extremely soft-- very good quality. They make such good friends for Lalas.

Do the Buttontails come with names? I haven't been able to find names on their boxes at all. Even on Amazon, they're listed as "Button Tails Mouse" and "Button Tails Cat." So I guess the naming is up to us!

I was lucky to find a friend who was selling some Lalaloopsy pets for only $1 each! I really wanted these three but I didn't want to have to buy all the dolls to get them. This worked out perfectly. ^^ Now I just need to find the owl... Pocky has three new friends (who are still unnamed at the moment). Lalaloopsy Pets by Happily Candied, on Flickr

Congrats! How fun! I have all but the swan. I adore Mittens & Crumbs so I had no problem getting them. Mittens has been my favorite from the beginning, but Blossom is a close second now. I'm also very attached to Bea.

I'm also very attached to Bea. I can totally see why you love Mittens so much. I had a hard time letting go the one I picked up for my friend a few weeks ago. She's a more difficult Lala to find in my area, so if I come across her at a store, I'm immediately drawn to her bright blue hair! And Bea is just too cute for words-- that orange/ginger hair and those bright blue eyes make her stand out among all Lalas.

ooooh how cute are those button tails! you may have swayed me lol Yay, I hope so! The Button Tails are so much cuter than I originally thought they would be. I love that they come with so many interchangeable parts/accessories! The quality is very good, too. They're definitely worth buying, especially the mouse. ^__~
