Just a reminder that the NEW epsiode of Lalaloopsy will be on NICK today (Wednesday, April 3) at 1:30pm Eastern time. It's called "Dot's Moon Mission" and we're SEW excited about this one! As many of you know, Dot was our very first Lalaloopsy doll and remains a big favorite around here! And I know we have lots of other Dot fans here on the forums, too! And by the way, this seems like a good time to mention ... how awesome is this show's characterization of Dot?! Not an air-head space case at all, but a super-smart inventor type! Love it!! So, let us know what you think of the new episode right here! Here's the link to download this episode in the iTunes Store: itunes.apple.com/us/tv-season/dots-moon-mission/id615393172?i=631840186

We're super excited about this episode too. Dot is Oldest Gal's favorite (she's actually getting a mini Dot for her birthday, but she doesn't know it yet). Can't wait to see it!

These episode are sew cute! I love how they are all about friendship and helping each other. My hubby asked me who is their "villain" am I'm like it's not that type of show.

LOL Yep, no bad guys in Lalaloopsyland! This episode was awesome! So .. are we picking up on a running gag here with Bea/Dot? Bea gives a long-winded, complicated solution to a problem, Dot then simplifies it into a much more direct and effective plan, and then Bea responds with "that would work, too." They did that routine in this episode with the "route to the moon" discussion, and we saw it in the pilot too, when they were talking about harnessing the weathervane's power.

By the way ... if you guys have been reading our episode guide here lately, don't bother. It's become clear that these synopses were written by Moonscoop quite some time ago, and a lot had changed by the time the episodes were actually completed. Banana helped me fix up "Princess Parade" but some revisions to our other summaries are definitely needed ... and we're gonna get around to that, but ya know ... probably not tonight. LOL

I haven't watched and I don't know if I ever actually will, but it's good to hear that they are portraying Dot well. Part of me kinda expected her to be ignored just like the doll. Nick likes to re-use a lot of their gags, so that would make sense. It is essentially the "Wouldn't it be cool if..." from Fresh Beat Band. Twist: Wouldn't it be cool if [really complicated scheme that would be impossible to pull off]. Marina: That would be cool! Or we could just [simple straightforward solution]. Twist: Well, sure...if you wanna do it the easy way.

I loved this episode, too.
.....even if they did borrow the exact plot line from a Smurfs episode. When they sent Dreamy (?) Smurf to the moon, they carted his rocket up the side of a mountain and painted themselves green and wore big hairy wigs to be "aliens". It was really cute.
The Loopsies remind me a lot of the Smurfs anyway, but when they act out the same storyline I can't help but make the comparison!

I think that's going to be Bea's thing. I noticed that between Bea and Berry in the pancake episode, too. Bea says something to the effect of, "Oh no! They're irreversibly disintegrated!" and Berry says, "And they're burnt, too!"

Bea is little bookworm. I was a huge Smurf's fan growing up so I am with MG's Mommy in the comparison.
