Seriously ... she shed tears when we turned on Nick Jr. at 6pm and Peppa Pig was on. Looks like they moved it to 3pm, which was no consolation to Banana as she just gets out of school at 3pm and has to do homework as soon as she gets home. Her TV hour is shot.

Yup. I wish Nick Jr would send out some type of "moving time slot" notice. Thank goodness I have the dvr set to record the series so we just had to watch it that way. Better than not all, I suppose.

Just noticed that MGA has raised this as a topic of discussion tonight on Lalaloopsy facebook. If you're a Lala facebook fan, please chime in and let them know your thoughts about what time slot you'd prefer for the show. Didn't get a chance to read many of the comments over there, but I noticed there were at least a few who seemed to like the later time slot like we do. So we'll see what happens!

No way! I come back after a small absence for Spring Break only to find this bad news - that sucks! Sorry Banana...I like the later time slot, too. Even though I DVR the show, it doesn't always shift the recording over to the new time and then I have to reprogram it...When I happen to notice, that is! (Usually, after I notice a gap in the recordings by one day...) I prefer the late time slot, so that I can watch twice. I like noticing new things about each episode between each time. I wish they'd keep the time slot consistent.

Nick Jr changes their schedule around every month or two and it's really annoying. I understand doing this for adults, but kids are really big on routine/repetition so they get upset when things are changed around like this. But I certainly wouldn't expect Nick Jr to consider the needs or desires of children.
