Have been a member for a week or so but have never formally introduced myself. As you can tell by my fan club name I am new to lalaloopsy's and have started buying them for my kids for Christmas. I have four kids, ages 10 months to almost 6. I have two girls and two boys and my girls saw the lalaloopsy dolls and said we want those for Christmas and then not to be outdone my oldest son who is four saw patch and said he wanted that one, so thank goodness they actually have boy dolls. So Christmas will be full of lalaloopsy's at our house. Can't wait til rosy comes out. I really want to get that for our youngest daughter because her middle name is Rose. Glad for the carmaraderie that we get on the lalaloopsy fan club pages and the facebook page and everyone is so helpful.

Welcome new2lalaloopsy! Christmas will be a fun time at your house this year! Please read through the LaLa Chat threads, because I think Rosy has been released as well and Ember. Good luck finding her! She will be a sweet present for your little Rosie.

Hi. I am a mother of four. Two boys and two girls. We have 6 big Lala's and over 20 mini's. We just recently got into them at our home. We primarily collect American girl dolls. I am a member of AGPT, which is where I read about Lala chat. We love to collect dolls and are excited about our first Lala Christmas coming up. Thanks for all of the info!

Hi all. Love this site! I am new to the lalaloopsy world and I must say they are getting a little addictive. My one and only DD is not quite two yet so it's helping that she is a little young still (though we bought her Patch today and she loves him and his "green chicken". I did buy her some mini merchandise as well for her Birthday and Christmas, I plan on just hiding the itty bitty pieces until later. I was (and am) such a tomboy that it's so weird to be so into dolls now LOL

Welcome Newbert!
Yes, they are addictive! The happy faces & fun colors are what draws me to them. Have you seen the stuffed LaLas? They are perfect for very young children and a little safer. I always imagine a child bopping themselves in the face with the big head of the doll! LOL!

Hello, My daughter has three of the big Lalaloopsy's and 2 mini's. She absolutely loves them. I saw on your check list shows the following PARTY SUPPLIES for 2011 [ ] LaLaLoopsy Sugar Crumb Creations (Cake Decorator Set) Do you know when this will be available in stores? My daughters birthday is next month and she wants a Lalaloopsy theme so bad.

Welcome Gianna!
The LaLaLoopsy Sugar Crumbs Creation set is already available, but if memory serves me correctly, it's a Walmart exclusive. Check your Walmart bakery (have not seen it anywhere else but the bakery) and see if you can purchase it or have a cake made there with it. My granddaughter just had a birthday and we had them make her cake with it. It's cute and we are going to use it for wall rt now. I hope this helps!

Hi all! My name is Nina (i.e. iiAMnina), currently engaged to my best friend, and the man of my dreams. I am also a 23 yr. old SAHM of one (boy: just about to turn a year at the end of Nov.) and we are currently expecting our second next summer! A little girl would be great to even out the household, but I have a feeling it'll be another boy. Oh well, I'll just have to buy both my little boys the male dolls of the lalaloopsy collection - patch and sir! Haha Any who, I just discovered lalaloopsy a few weeks ago while I was up late watching QVC. I became obsessed instantly, and I've finally narrowed down which dolls I want most, and the order in which I want to collect them. I put my order in for blossom flowerpot yesterday, and she is due to arrive in about seven days! I'm so excited, I can hardly contain myself! If she is everything I expect her to be, I'd like Spot Slatter Splash next (who seems to be sold out everywhere except amazon, where she is $40+, yikes!) and then Pillow Featherbed. This new obsession has honestly taken me by surprise as I have never been the type to collect dolls or teddies, or anything else of the like. In fact growing up, my favorite toy was my computer (sort of like the v-techs or leap frogs you see today) and my easy-bake when I got older. It kind of makes me wonder if I have this new fondness for the lalaloopsy's because I didn't grow up playing with barbies or stuffed animals, but whatever the reason is I don't mind it. And actually, I've already gotten my 18 yr. old cousin, and my other cousin's 20 yr. old girlfriend obsessing also! My goal is to have it spread like a wildfire in my family haha. It makes Shopping for Christmas presents easier! Okay, lastly, I'm glad I found this board. I want to share my passion for these dolls with someone on a regular basis, and finding this group will let me do so! thanks for having me!

Welcome Nina! LOL! Imagine if you already collected dolls and found these! That's what happened to me! I am glad they are not expensive in comparison to most collectible dolls, but it does add up. They are fun and that's what I like most about them.

I gave her Permission to Upload the Checklists here as long as the Lalaloopsy Australia is left on them and she invited me to join this Group! I see a few familiar names! I have no children but am a big kid myself - My Boyfriend and I collect and love toys like Lego etc. I also collect (but not as much now) Bratz Dolls with most of my ones still BNIB.

Hi there, my name is Anja, I'm 30 and I collect My little Pony. Over at the MLP Arena we're also having a doll section where I first saw the Lalaloopsies. I hadn't seen them before as they hadn't been released here yet. Shortly after that I purchased big Tippy Tumblelina and Pillow Featherbed as a mini. When there were released in Germany (they are so expensive here!) I also bought Patch Treasurechest. And thanks to a lovely member at the MLP Arena I'm now waiting on the 2 minis of Holly Sleighbells and Candy Broomstick as well as big Holly and Mittens. I guess I'm already addicted.

Hello! I've picked up a couple of minis over the last couple months and decided I'm ready to pick out my first full size Lalaloopsy! No idea who to pick yet though! I originally started getting the minis here and there to be toys for my American Girl dolls, but I've fallen in love!
ETA: Just want to add that I'm also Aaryana on AGPT for those who are members there.

Welcome Aaryana! The LaLas tend to do that. The minis make sure cute dolls for our bigger dolls, don't they? But they are great stand alone dollies too. So you must have an idea about which one you like best. Or a list of your favorites?

So you must have an idea about which one you like best. Or a list of your favorites? Yep! My Katia (a modern Rebecca) collects LaLas. Now, apparently, I do too! I have a couple favorites. Swirly Figure Eight (because I am a figure skater and so is Katia), Mittens Fluff 'N' Stuff, the ballerina, and the new holiday one are the bigger ones I'd like to have, I think.
