Thanks, ladies! The Chess Fest event was a huge success & so much fun! Sis was honored to sit with Grand Master Irina Krush at lunch, then her and Z played against GM Irina in a simultaneous game exhibition with 22 other players - & Z lasted 51 moves, making him the 2nd to last player (and last kid) against her to the end! It was AMAZING!!! Then, our family was lucky enough to accompany her to dinner & a night viewing at the Sonoran Desert Museum...it was an absolutely FABULOUS day!!! |
