A lot of you have probably heard by now that Moose Toys, the makers of Shopkins, is coming out with a spinoff line called Happy Places, which is basically a dollhouse line with all Petkins as the furniture and accessories, and mini figures of the Shoppies dolls called Lil' Shoppies. Banana and I were able to pick up a couple of the Lil' Shoppies girls this weekend, and they're really super cute! If you're a Lalaloopsy Minis lover, you might really like these girls, too. They're a similar size, and they can even share clothes with the Style N Swap Lala girls... http://instagr.am/p/BITIqx6jYoC

These are very cute! I hadn't seen/heard about these, we stopped getting shopkins after series 2-3. But my daughter likes the shoppies in this size, so I guess we'll be keeping an eye out now, lol.

I got Spaghetti Sue and Kirstea at TRU today! Sadly, they didn't have Sara Sushi, but maybe next time or when Target resets.
These are super cute and very reasonably-priced. I love the dolls, but I've always felt they were a little overpriced (not that that stopped me from buying them), so these seem like a great deal at $5.49. And the pieces! They're SO TINY. Kirstea's cookie is possibly the littlest toy I've ever seen.

Oh there's a little color code to it! The ones written in blue come with the house, the ones written in green come in the Welcome Packs, the ones written in orange come in the Decorator Packs, and the ones in pink only come in the Surprise Deliveries and as the hidden ones in the Decorator Packs.

Ahh okay, I didn't catch that actually but Banana did. And also you can literally get some of the items in different colors. For example, Banana has two of the teeny tiny Toothbrushes, one in yellow and one in purple, and those are the check box colors. This stuff is so amazingly tiny and cute, btw! Love it!!

venivididolli These new ones are so cute! We really want to get Riana Radio. Yesterday at Toys R Us, we also saw what looked like an add-on or maybe even a brand new Happy Places house for these girls. I told Banana - Christmas list! hehe

There are also three new ones with the mid-size $14.99 price range sets: http://instagram.com/p/BNo948NBxaZ I love the flower one and maybe the laundry. I skipped this price range before, because I really just want the dolls, but I might cave for these.

Does anyone know where might be a good place to find the first wave of lil shoppies? Like Sara Sushi and Lippy Lulu and Cocolette my daughter wants these now and I can't seem to find the first wave anywhere. I've checked Target, Kmart, Walmart and Kohl's so far. Any help would be appreciated!

I haven't seen any of the older ones in any of the big stores in months, but maybe try more unusual places that carry toys? I found my Lippy Lulu in Booksamillion, so I know they carry them. Maybe other bookstores might? Tuesday Morning might be good if you have one of those.

venivididolli oh that's a good idea, I forgot about Tuesday Morning and we actually have one of those stores! Not sure what Booksamillion is but I guess Barnes and Nobles would be a good book store to try. Thanks!!

Skeekers I'm trying to avoid the Ebay prices if possible for now, but maybe as a last resort, but thanks!
