I am having a hard time getting a feel for their size.

Okay, I have my tape measure in hand and I will measure Pillow Featherbed for you. She wears a one piece outfit, so these measurements will not be spot on accurate, but enough to give you an idea.

They are 13 inches tall.

The head is almost 18 inches around! WOW! Didn't realize it was that big! ;D

They are about 7 & 1/2 inches around the biggest part of their body, which is their bums.

Arms are 4 inches long from the shoulder to the ends of the hands.

Legs are 5 inches long, to the end of the toes.
