Yo need to upload your photos to a free photobucket account. Once you do that, you copy & paste the IMG link and put it in a post. It's that easy!
I hope this helps. I'm sure there are other free photo hosting sites, but I'm not familiar with them.

I use Image Shack, because you don't need an account or anything. Quick & Simple. I tried photobucket, but I didn't know how to upload pictures! LOL
